A : To ensure fast delivery, we maintain an inventory of 5 to 15 rings per design. However, during periods of high demand, stock may run out quickly. In such cases, it may take up to 45 days to source materials and complete production. If this happens, we will contact you in advance to explain the situation and provide further guidance.

My finger size has changed since I purchased the ring. Can it be resized?
A : 벨노바에서는 특수금속을 이용하여 반지를 만들기
때문에 경도가 높고 금/은처럼 인장 강도가 높지 않기
때문에 칫수의 확장은 불가능합니다.
A : At VELNOVA, our rings are crafted from premium special metals with high hardness and lower tensile flexibility compared to gold or silver. Due to these properties, resizing is unfortunately not possible.

있습니다. 고객님이 필요로 하는 이니셜, 벡터 이미지 등

A : Custom rings allow you to engrave your desired design on the outer surface of our standard ring models. Initials, vector images, and other personalized elements can be added to reflect your unique style. Which ring material is the lightest?
A : 벨노바 제품들 중 티타늄 < 지르코늄 < 탄탈룸 순으로 무게가 차이납니다. 가장 무겁게 느껴지는 탄탈룸의 소재는 금보다는 약간 가벼운 묵직함이 느껴집니다.
A : Among VELNOVA rings, the weight varies in the following order: Titanium < Zirconium < Tantalum. Tantalum, the heaviest among them, has a solid and substantial feel—slightly lighter than gold, but still noticeably weighty.
How can I check my ring size?
A : 벨노바 홈페이지의 좌측에 사이즈측정 메뉴가 있습니다. 그 페이지에서 정보를 확인하시어 체크해 보시면 됩니다.
사이즈 측정 메뉴 내 KS(NO)의 호수를 확인하여 주문에 적용하시면 됩니다.
A : You can find the Ring Size Guide on the left-hand side of the VELNOVA website. Please refer to the information provided on that page to measure your size accurately. Once you’ve identified your size based on the KS (NO.) scale, simply apply it when placing your order.
What is your refund policy?
A : 제품을 구매하시게 되면 제품 도착일 기준으로 5일 이내 반품을 받아보실 수 있으며, 보증 페이지에 상세한 안내를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
제품의 보증서비스 적용을 위한 제품에 각인 작업이
있습니다. 이 각인된 제품은 추후 제거가 불가능 하므로
반품을 받게 되면 새로운 상품의 재 가공 공정에 들어가게 되는 당사의 어려운 점이 있습니다.
